DIVISION OF PROPERTY: The parties now own in joint i i names the marital home located at 3005 Summit Street, Fort Pierce, i St. Lucie County; Florida. The Wife shall deed all her interest ir? said home to the husband. i ~ The husband is to receive an income tax return check from the United States Government for his 1975 income and the wife will have to pay additional income tax on her 1975 Income. The parties a ree to deduct the amount of additional tax the wif g e has to pay from the amount of-over-payment the husband receives and the balance to be divided between husband and wife. 2. Each has had the opportunity to obtain legal coups of his or her own choice, and each party fully understands the facts i and has been fully informed as to his or her legal rights and obligatio - and each is signing this agreement freely and voluntarily, intending . to be bound by it.
