The Wife, VIRGINIA ANN HARRON, and the Husband, GEORGE
MICHAEL HARRON, do hereby stipulate and agree for the pendency of the
above styled cause, and in the event of the entry of a Final Judgment
of Dissolution of Marriage in favor of either of the parties hereto
and upon the approval hereof and within the discretion of the Court
as follows:
1. DIVISION OF PROPERTY: The parties now own in joint

i names the marital home located at 3005 Summit Street, Fort Pierce,

St. Lucie County; Florida. The Wife shall deed all her interest
ir? said home to the husband.

~ The husband is to receive an income tax return check
from the United States Government for his 1975 income and the wife
will have to pay additional income tax on her 1975 Income. The parties
a ree to deduct the amount of additional tax the wif

from the amount of-over-payment the husband receives and the balance
to be divided between husband and wife.
2. ALIMONY: Both the parties waive- alimony.

3. ATTORNEY FEES: Each party will pay his or her own

4. REPRESENTATION The parties represent to each other;

of his or her own choice, and each party fully understands the facts
