B. Each has. made a full disclosure to the other of hi
or her financial condition.
C. Each understands and agrees that this agreement
constitutes the entire contract of the parties. It supercedes any
prior understandings or agreements between them upon the subject
covered in this Stipulation there are no representations or
Warrantys other than set forth in it.
D. Each has been informed of the laws of the State
of Florida with respect to the power of the Court, under certain
conditions, to modify the terms of this agreement.
S. INCORPORATION IN FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF
MARRIAGE: In the event that a Final Judgment fcr Lissolution of _
Marriage is granted by any court respecting the marriage between ~1~
parties hereto, it is the desire of the parties hereto that this
agreement shall be incorporated by reference and made a part of any
fi:~al judgr??ent entered in s~2ch a proceeding.
The husband waives notice of Final Hearing in this cause.
In the event a Final Judgment is entered in this cause, it
is the desire of the parties hereto that this Stipulation be made a
part thereof, in the discretion of the -Court.
