KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Eddie Lee Johnson slid Alma
Ree Johnson, his t~d.fe dated February 28th !q 72 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in O• R• Book 3~ on page
237 de 238 ,securing the payment of the sum of Six Thousand and no/100.------------••--_-__~_

covering propery in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebteuness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of rernrd. .
