YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED of the institution of the above-
styled action by the above-named Plaintiff against you, seeking
a judgment against you for damages in excess of Two Thousand
Five Hundred ($2,500.00) Dollars as compensation for labor
and materials supplied by Plaintiff for the improvement of the
following described property: -

That part of the South 1/2 of the North 1/2
of Government Lots 1 and 2, Section 11,
Township 37 South, Range 41 East, lying
easterly of State Road A-1-A, as now constructed,
together with all riparian rights thereunto
~ appertaining; said parcel also described as
that part of Parcels "E" and "F" of Plat
recorded in Plat Book 7, page 13, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
lying East of State Road A-1-A, which property
is located on approximately 4 acres of land.
