TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER
This cause came on to be heard upon the sworn Petition of
the Wife for a temporary restraining order, restraining and enjoin-
ing the Husband from interfering with, molesting, harassing, using {
physical violence on the Wife and intimidating her and from destroy-
ing or damaging any personal property that belongs to the Wife and
from telephoning the Wife or her employer at the Wife's place of
employment, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is
therefore =
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
j 1. That the Husband, William Winston Ennis, be and he
is hereby enjoined and restrained from interfering with, molesting,
~ harassing and intimidating the Wife and using physical violence on
her, from destroying or damaging any personal property that belongs
to the Wife, and from telephoning the Wife or her employer at the
Wife's place of employment.
2. All and singular the Sheriffs of the State of
Florida are directed to render such assistance to the Wife as may
be necessary in insuring the Husband's compliance with this Order
without further order of this Court.
ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, Florida this 2d day of November, 1979.
