to John and Alexandra Bonafine •
of the following described real
property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida:
That certain condominium parcel composed of

appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject
- to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, terms, and
other provisions of that Declaration of Condominium of
Sea Palms Condominium, Inc., a CondominiuM, and associated
documents.
2. That pursuant to the provisions of the said Declaration of
Condominium of Sea Palms Condominium, Inc., as amended, and the
supporting documents, the Association does hereby express its approval
of the aforesaid sale and purchase subject nevertheless to the
covenants, restrictions, limitations, conditions and uses, terr.?s and
other provisions of the said Declaration as amended, and other
condominium instruments as so recorded.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Association has causod this Certificate to
be executed by its principal executive officer and its seal to be
