mutually understood and agreed as follows:
1. By these presents, WILLIAM E. GOULD CONSTRUCTION, INC.,
joins in the execution and delivery of the aforementioned mortgage
deed in the same manner and to the same effect as though it had
originally been named as co-mortgagor and had caused said original
mortgage to be executed in its corporate name by a proper
corporate official.
2. That this agreement shall not be deemed to alter or
amend said mortgage deed except as herein specifically described
and set forth and that the said mortgagor and William E. Gould
Construction, Inc., hereby ratifies and confirms the said mortgage
deed as the same is hereby amended.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused these
presents to be executed in their respective corporate names
and their corporate seals to bz hereunto affixed, by their proper
officers thereunto duly authorized, on this ~S ~ day of October,
1979.
