has received full payment of the indebtec;ness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and Both hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
