the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by DONALD E . HORNER and
ELIZABETH C. HORNER, his wife
dated June 22 19 76 ,and recorded
.n the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in O.R. Book 254 on page
617 , securinet the payment of the sum of SEVENTEEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100---------

covering property in the County of $t. Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtec;ness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
