appeared RUTH B. RADFORD, who upon her oath says:
1. That she is the surviving spouse of JOHN K. i

RADFORD, who died May 27, 1972 as shown by the

certified copy of the Death Certificate which is attached hereto,;
marked Exhibit "A" and made apart hereof.
2. That at the time of the death of said JOHN K.

RADFORD, your affiant and John K. Radford owned real property
in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described as:
Lots 27 and 28, Block 1130, of PORT ST. LUCIE '
SECTION NINE, a subdivision according to Plat
thereof, recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 39A,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
3. That the marriage of your affiant and JOHN K.
RADFORD was continuous without interruption from the time of
acquiring title to the real property described above, until the

4. The total value of all property in which JOHN K.
RADFORD, deceased, had any interest, including jointly owned

property, insurance, and all the property included in his
gross estate for Federal Estate Tax purposes was under $60,000.00;

and therefore no Federal Estate Tax return, form 706, was necess-~
ary or filed, and a Florida non-taxable certificate and receipt
No. E44844 is attached hereto and marked herein exhibit "B" and
