THIS INDENTURE, made and entered into this the 18th day of
October, 1979 between THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF ATLANTA of the
State of Georgia, County of Fulton, duly constituted Trustee under
the Last Will and Testament of L.V. Simons, deceased, late of
Allendale County, in the State of South Carolina, party of the
first part, and Robert A. Kelly. and Julie R. Kelly, his wife, of !i

the State of Florida and County of St. Lucie, party of the second

WITNESSETH: That pursuant to and in conformity with the powers
and authority granted in said Will which has been duly probated in
solemn form in the Probate Court of Allendale County, South Carolina,
and in consideration of the sum-of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS, cash in hand
paid, and other valuable considerations, the receipt and sufficiency
whereof is hereby acknowledged., the party of the first part has granted,
bargained, sold and conveyed and does hereby grant, bargain, sell and
convey unto the party of the second part, their heirs and assigns, the
following described property, to-wit:

ALL THAT TRACT or parcel of land lying and being in
St. Lucie County, Florida and being more particularly
- described as follows:
• Lots 25 & 26, Block 3 of INDIAN RIVER ESTATES Subdivision,
Unit 5, a subdivision according to the plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 58, of the Public Records
- of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, said property, with all and singular the
rights, members, easements and appurtenances thereto belonging, or
in anywise appertaining unto party of the Second part, their heirs,
administrators, and assigns forever in fee simple in as full and ample
a manner as party of the first part is authorized to convey by virtue
of Article Third (3) of the Will of L.V. Simons, deceased.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has hereunto
set its hand and seal, the day and year first above written.
