TEMPORARY ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come before the Court upon the
Husband's request for the return of personal possessions,
business records, bills and checks and temporary possession
I
~of the marital dwelling and both parties having been present l

jand represented by counsel and the Court being fully advised
t
~in the premises, it is j
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained(
i
';from interferring with, harassing or annoying the other at
`,all times and places. This restraining order is enforceable
I

and said Sheriffs or their deputies are hereby ordered to take

!,~the•offending party into custody and to bring said offending
'.Iparty before this Court at the earliest available hearing

2. The Husband is hereby awarded temporary possession
ilof the marital dwelling of the parties.

3. The Wife is hereby ordered to return to the Husband
Many and all business records, checks, bills or personal

(fpossessions of the Husband over which she presently has
lpossession or control. The Wife is further ordered to return
i
(said items to the Husband within ten (10) days of the date of
this Order.
~ 4. The Wife may remove from the marital dwelling any
~of her personal clothing ar effects within ten (10) days from
EDGAR SHERRARD t the date Of th1S Order .
