ORDER ON TEMPORARY RELIEF
THIS MATTER having come on before me upon the Wife's .
Motion for Temporary Relief, both parties having been present
anti repre5zrited by counsel, testiiZQnl of the parties and
argument of counsel having been heard and the Court being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Husband shall pay to the Wife as temporary
alimony the-sum of $400.00 per month on the 31st day of each
month beginning November 31, 1979, in accordance with the
oral stipulation of the parties.
2. That the Wife is hereby granted temporary possession
and use of the 1977 Buick LeSabre automobile.
3. That the parties aie 1-iereby ,?~utually restrained from -
annoying or harrassing one another in any way, and shall live
together without tension or~altercation.
4. That the Wife's request for sole possession of the
marital home is hereby denied; and both parties shall be allowed
to remain in the home pending final disposition of this matter.
ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,-Florida, this
