THIS CAUSE having come before this Court on November 2,

1979 on the i4ife's Petition for Alimony Pendente Lite ,

attorney's fees, division of household furnishings, and debts I
concerning marital dwelling and the Court being fully advised i

;in the premises and both parties being present and represented

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Husband shall hold the Wife harmless from the

!,payment of the bills due and owing to Sears and for the
i
,mortgage payments on the marital dwelling until the final ~
i
'i Ihearing in this cause.

',I 2. On Sunday, November 4, 1979 at 5:00 P.M. the Wife

°,~shall be accompanied by a deputy from the sheriff's department)

~ Hof St.Lucie County, Florida and shall be entitled to pick
'1{up the following items of personal property from the marital
~~dwelling located at 5511 Seagrape Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida:
GE color television set one-half of pots and pans
ane water bed All of Wife's ceramics
one dresser One garbage can
one Kirby vacumn cleaner One wall clock

All of the Wife's clothing and other personal items
!j All other items of personal property shall remain in the
'pnarital dwelling and shall neither be damaged or transferred

~'in any manner until the disposition of said items at the

`ifinal hearing in this cause.

jI~ 3. The Husband is ordered to pay lump sum temporary
;alimony to the Wife in the amount of 5600.00 on or before
