O R D E R This cause having come on before this Court on the 31st day of October, 1979 on the Wife's Motion for an Order of Contempt for failure to pay child support payments and for violation of the restraining order, the Court having heard the testimony of the parties and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDED as follows: 1. That the Husband, ROBIN NOTTINGHAM, is in wilfull contempt of this Court for failure to pay child support payments as ordered in Paragraph 3 of the Final Judgment of Dissolution in this cause. That the Husband is given credit for $37.50 paid directly to the Wife and that this Court finds as a matter of fact that the Husband is in arrears in child support payments in the amount of $112,50 and that the Husband had the ability to pay said sum. However, the Husband shall have 30 days to purge him= self of this arrearage and ?n the event that the Husband fails to make the regular child support payments or fails to purge himself he shall appear before this Court and show cause why he should not be held in contempt of this Court and sentenced to 60 days in the County Jail. 2. Until further order of this Court the Husband's visi- tation rights with the minor child of the parties shall be exercised as in the following manner: Commencing Saturday, November 3, 1979 and every other weekend thereafter. The Husband shall exercise his visitation with the minor child from 9:00 a.m. on Saturday morning until 5:00 p.m. on Sunday afternoon. The Husband shall pick the child up at the home of the baby-sitter promptly at 9:00 a.m. Saturday morning and returning the child to the home of the baby-sitter promptly at 5:00 p.m. Sunday afternoon. The Wife shall provide adequate clothing and supplies for the visitation period
