ORDER
THIS CAUSE, having come on for hearing on November 2, 1979,
upon Motion for Contempt and Enforcement previously fi1Pd herein by
the former Wife, DEBRA WIGGINS, and all parties having appeared and
testified, the Court finds as follows:
1. That the Respondent, LAWRENCE WAYNE MATTIX, is gainfully
employed and has the ability to pay all funds ordered by this Court.
2. That said Respondent has experienced no substantial
change in circumstances since the original decree was entered.
3. That the said Respondent is in contempt of this Court
for the following reasons:

~ (c) He has violated the Restraining Order by harassing

~ DEBRA WIGGINS by threatening to injure her with a baseball bat.
It is, therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that a s punishment for contempt, LAWRENCE
WAYNE MATTIX is hereby sentenced to serve 30 days in the St. Lucie
County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, commencing on November 2, 1979,
provided, however, he may purge himself at any time by paying the sum
of $342 to Osborne Walker O'Ouinn, Esquire, 201 South 2nd Street, Fort
Pierce, Florida and by paying the sum of 5240.00 p1.us $2.00 statutory
fee to the Wife through the Clerk of this Court as ordered in the
Final Judgment of DissolLtion of Marriage. The Sheriff of St. Lucie
