County, Florida is hereby authorized to accept said money in the
amounts set forth above in the event the Respondent purges himself.
It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that all and singular the Sheriffs of
the State of Florida shall and they are hereby ordered to arrest the
said LAWRENCE WAYNE MATTIX and deliver him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie
County, Florida, for execution of this above-described judgment and
sentence. The Clerk of the Circuit Court and this Court shall be
promptly notified of his arrest. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that LAWRENCE WAYNE MATTIX shall and
he is hereby ordered to pay $ 50`'•6 as reasonable attorney's fees
to Osborne Walker O'Quinn, Esquire, 201 South 2nd Street,-Suite 102,
Fort Pierce, Pierce, Florida 33450, for the hearing of November 2,
1979, plus $12.00 Court Costs.
