1. The Association has heretofore been advised of the proposed
sale by Richard Eioch
to Bernard & Phyllis Koplin '
of the following described real
property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida:
That certain condominium parcel composed of
Apartment Unit 102 . and
an undivided .9 share in those common elements
appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject
to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, terms,-and
other provisions of that Declaration of Condominium of
Sea Palms Condominium, Inc., a Condominiums, and associated
documents.
2. That pursuant to the provisions of the said Declaration of
Condominium of Sea Palms Condominium, Inc., a~ amended, and the
supporting documents, the Association does hereby express its approval -
of the aforesaid sale and purchase subject nevertheless to the
covenants, restrictions, limitations, conditions and uses, terms and
other provisions of the said Declaration as amended, and other
condominium instruments as so recorded.
