known and who being duly sworn, deposes and says:

lienee in that certain Statement of Claim and Notice of Lien dated August 16,

Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

the defendant in that certain Final Judgement dated September 12, 1979, filed
September 14, 1979 in Official Records Book 317, Page 2311 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
