HomeMy WebLinkAbout2116 i I II GRANTING OF DIVORCE The Court being of the opinion that the material allegations in Petitioner's Original Petition are substantially correct and have been proved by full and satisfactory evidence, the Court finds that a divorce should be granted to the Parties herein, severing the bonds of matrimony between the parties. IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND I DECREED by the Court that the bonds of matrimony ~ heretofore existing between Petitioner, MARLENE MOSS BALL, and the Respondent, ROBERT RUSSELL BALL, II, ~ be, and are hereby, dissolved and a Decree of Divorce i.s hereby granted to the Parties .
