of the children, DIANNE BALL, RANDALL RUSSELL BALL,
and NANCY BALL, would be served by appointing
MARLENE MOSS. BALL as Managing Conservator to have
the rights, duties and responsibilities set forth
below.
The Court further finds that tze best
interest of the children will be served by appointing .
ROBERT RUSSELL BALL, II, as Possessory Conservator
of the children.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND
DECREED that ENE MOSS BALL, be, and she is hereby
ii appointed Managing Conservator of the children.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND
LECRELD that the Managing Conservator shall have all

Possessory Conservator of the children.
It is further ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND
DECREED that the Possessory Conservator shall have
the possession of the children as follows:
(1) On the 1st and 3rd wee'.{ends
of each month from 9:00
a.m. Saturday until 6:00
p.m. Sunday;
(2) Five consecutive days
during Christmas school
vacation every year and
- ~ to include Christmas day
on alternate years
beginning 1975;
(3) Four weeks
during summer; upon the
giving of 30 days' written
notice to Petitioner;
