FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 24th day of July, 1972,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the.evi=
deuce, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; that the
marriage is irretrievably broken and there is no basis upon
which the parties may effect a reconciliation; and that the
R
marriage between the parties should be dissolved.
It is, therefore, ORDERED as follows:
1. The Default previously entered by the Clerk of
this Court on July 21, 1972 is hereby ratified and confirmed.
2. The marriage between PAULINE M. JONES and VICTOR
C. JONES, SR. be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and fror.~
the obligations arising therefrom.
3. Custody of JOHN WAYNE JONES, minor child of the
parties, is hereby awarded to PAULINE M. JONES, with reasonable
visitation rights reserved to VICTOR C. JONES, SR.
4. Commencing the 28th day of July, 1972, VICTOR C.
JONES, SR., Husband, shall pay to the Wife, PAULINE M. JONES,
LAW OFFICES
