BRILL, Widow, of the County 3 of Baltimore, State of Maryland, Grantor, and GuLDIE B. BRILL, Gra~aee, !~j ' B W'ITNESSETH, that in consideration of love and affection and other ood and' tj ~ valuable considerations, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the said GOLDIE B. BRILL, Widow, does hereby grant and convey unto the said GOLDIE z B. BRILL, Widow, for and during the term of her natural life with full powers r1 t to the said Grantee during her lifetime without consent or joinder of the remainderman hereinafter mentioned, to sell, mortgage, grant, convey, assign, lease or otherwise dispose of (except by last will and testament) or encumber a the property hereby granted and conveyed, and any and all interest therein (interest in remainder as well as life interest) and to use and consume the proceeds thereof for her own use and benefit, without accountability for the _ said proceeds, and from and immediately after the death of the said life tenant, the remainder, insofar as undisposed of in the exercise of such powers unto LOUIS J. BRILL, his personal representatives and assigns, all that lot of ground situate in St. Lucie, being Lot Number 16, Block 12 of Port St. Lucie Section 25, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 32, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. BEING the same lot of ground which was conveyed by warranty deed on the 10th day of September 1975 from the General Development Corporation, grantor to :Kaximilian Brill and Goldie B. Brill, his wife, grantee and recorded among the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida in Book Number 245, Page 2016. Maximilian died on January 7, 1977 in the County of Baltimore, State of :Maryland. TOGETHER with the buildings thereupon, and the rights, alleys, ways, waters, privileges, appurtenances and advantages thereto belonging, or in any wise appertaining. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described lot of ground and premises unto and to the use of the said GOLDIE B. BRILL, Widow, grantee, for and during the term of her natural life, together with the subject to all the powers herein- before set forth, and from and immediately after the death of the said life tenant the remainder insofar as undisposed of in the exercise of said powers, unto and to the use of the said LOUIS J.
