PARTIAL RELEASE OF LIEN
XNOW ALL MEN BY TAESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, LONE STAR FLORIDA, INC., hereinafter
referred to as the "Lienholder" has heretofore filed a Claim
of Lien in the amount of $2297.67 recorded in_O.R. Book
316 at Page 573 Public Records of Port Saint Lucie
County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the Lienholder has been requested to
release the premises hereinafter described from the Lien and
operation of the Claim of Lien;
NOW, THEREFORE, the said Lienholder; in consider-
ation of the premises and of the sum of $ 10.00 and other good
and valuable considerations, does hereby remise, release,

quitclaim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation `

of said Claim of Lien unto the owners of the following described
property, their heirs, successors, and assigns, that certain
portion of the premises encumbered by said Claim of Lien, more

contained shall iri anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Claim of Lien on the remaini g
part of said liened premises, not hereby released therefrom, or
