Subject to restrictions, reservations, rights-of-way and easements
of record.
Subject to that certain mortgage from Grantees to First Federal
Savings and Loan Association of Ft. Pierce, dated October 9, 1979,
recorded in O.R. Book 318, page 2051, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, in the original principal sum of
