Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
THIS IS A PURCHASE MONEY [JRAP-AROUND SECOND MORTGAGE. Mortgagees agree to
keep current in all respects that certain First mortgage in favor of First
Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, dated Harch 21, 1979,
and filed for record on March 23, 1979, in O. R. Rook 305, Page 2080 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. In the event of the failure
thereof, Mortgagors shall have the right to make such payments or perform
such other requirements and to have the same applied in their entirety to
the performance of this Mortgage. Payment of this Mortgage may be accomp-
lished by the Mortgagors in whole or in part by the assumption of the afore-
said First Mortgage obligation of the Mortgagees. However, said assumption
shall not be permitted until the total balance due on this mortgage equals
the then total balance due on said first mortgage. Mortgagee makes no
