YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a suit has been instituted by
the above-named Plaintiff, against the above-named Defendant(s)
in the above-specified Court involving the following described real
property situated in St. Lucie County, Florida.
Lot 6, Block 1, PINECREST ESTATES, UNIT ONE, a
subdivision according to the plat thereof, as recorded
in Plat Book 16, Page 34, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.

The relief sought by the said Plaintiff as to such, property
is the foreclosure of a mortgage owned and held by the Plaintiff
encumbering the said property, to declare all other interests in
the property to be inferior to that of the Plaintiff and to foreclose
same, and for certain other relief.
