O R D E R
This cause having come on before this Court this 24th day
of October, 1979, on the Husband's Petition for Modification of
the Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage and on the Wife's
Motion for Order of Contempt, the Wife not being present and
this Court having heard the testimony of the Husband, the arguments
of counsel for both parties and being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is hereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1, The Court finds and determines that the Husband, Gordon
F. Clark, is in arrears in his payments to the Wife for alimony in
the amount of Two thousand and forty dollars ($2040.00) but that the
amount of such arrearage shall be abated in the amount of One
thousand dollars ($1000.00) representing the amount that the Husband
paid for an automobile for the Wife.
2, The Court finds and determines that the Husband, Gordon
F. Clark, is in arrears in his payments to the Wife for Child
Support in the amount of Two thousand four hundred and fifty-five
dollars ($2455.00). It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this Court finds that there has
been a substantial change of circumstances since the Final Judgment
of Dissolution of the Marriage between the Parties and that it is
in the best interest of the minor child of the parties that .the
custody provision of said Final Judgment be modified and it is
hereby so modified and custody of the minor child, GORDON AARON
CLARK. is awarded to the Husband, Gordon F. Clark . It is
