This cause came on for trial the 26th day of October, 1979,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and
Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between DAWN MARIE
SAPP and HENRY H. SAPP, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and.

bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the #

obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of HEATHER SAPP, age 5 years, minor
P child of the parties, is hereby awarded to DAWN MARIE SAPP. The
Husband shall be entitled to visitation with the minor child
every other weekend, beginning with November 3, 1979, which visita-
tion shall begin at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday morning until 7:00 P.M.
Sunday evening, with Wife being responsible to deliver the minor
child to the Husband's residence on Saturday morning, and the
Husband to return the minor child to the Wife's residence on
Sunday evenings; and further, the Husband shall be entitled to
visitation with the minor child on alternate holidays, with the
beginning of said alternate holidays starting with the Wife

whereby she shall be entitled to visitation with the minor child
on Thanksgiving, 1979, and the Husband shall be entitled to visita- j
