3. SUPPORT: Commencing on the 26th day of October, 1979,
the Husband shall pay to DAWN MARIE SAPP the sum of $40.00 per
week for the support of the minor child named herein; each payment
shall be paid by the Husband to the Clerk of the Circuit Court,
payable every other week, making the payments to be paid by the
Husband the sum of $80.00, and by the Clerk remitted promptly
to the Wife. In addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of
$2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the
Clerk by the Husband. All payments shall be made in cash, money
order, or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to
keep the Clerk advised of their mailing and residence addresses
at all times while this Order is in effect.
4. ALIMONY: The Wife is to receive no alimony in this
Dissolution of Marriage.
5. INSURANCE: The Husband and-Wife shall each pay and
be responsible for one-half of all medical and dental expenses
not covered by Husband's or Wife's insurance, either personal

insurance or insurance coverage obtained through their respective
~ employments.
6. PROPERTY: The division of the parties' property shall
be distributed as follows: -
-(a). The Husband agrees to sign a deed conveying all
his right, title and interest in and to the marital home and
residence located at 6802 Paso Robles Blvd., Ft. Pierce, Fla.,
to the Wife, immediately, and the Wife agrees to pay and hold
the Husband harmless from all expenses connected with the marital
home, including but not limited to mortgage payments, insurance,
taxes, maintenance and repairs.
(b). The Husband shall relinquish all his right, title
and interest in and to the furniture and furnishings presently
located in the marital home and the same shall hereinafter be
the sole property of the Wife; with the exception that the Husband
shall be entitled to the stereo presently in the marital residence
