in and to the stereo.
(c). The Husband shall sign all necessary papers to the
1978 Monte Carlo conveying all his interest in and to the same
to the Wife, the Wife shall hold the Husband harmless for payments
and expenses related thereto; in addition, the Wife shall execute
all papers necessary to transfer her interest in and to the 1979
Honda to the Husband, the Husband shall hold the Wife harmless
for payments and expenses related thereto.
(d). The Husband shall deliver to the Wife his key to the
safety deposit box and the Wife shall execute all papers necessary
to transfer all the presently owned (either individually or jointly
held with the Husband) Winn-Dixie stock, to the Husband, immediately.

7. COSTS AND ATTORNEYS' FEES: Each of the parties shall be

responsible for paying his or her own attorney's fees and court
i
costs; with the exception that the parties will each pay one-half
of the Court Reporter cost for his attendance at the final hearing
of this dissolution of marriage.
8. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties is hereby enjoined
and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying, the
other.
9. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
,proper.
