Come now the parties by and through their undersigned
attorneys and enter this their Stipulation for Modification
of the Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage entered in
this cause on March 27, 1975. The parties, since the afore-
said dissolution, have agreed to modify the provisions of that
certain property settlement agreement dated February 28, 1975,
which property settlement agreement was incorporated by refer-
ence into the Final Dissolution of Marriage.
By written instrument dated October 7, 1976, the parties
agreed to certain changes pertaining to payment of child support
by the Husband, LARRY E. BUCHANAN, to the Wife, MARTHA C.
BUCHANAN, now known as Martha C. Hooks. On June 7, 1979, said
parties agreed to a further modification again pertaining to
the matter of child support. Copies of the first modification
agreement and the second modification agreement are appended
hereto as Exhibits A and B.
The parties to the above-styled cause and to the aforesaid
instruments have agreed and hereby stipulate that the first
and second modifications be presented to this Court for pur-
poses of approving same and having the aforesaid modifications
made a part of the Final Judgment in this cause.
WHEREFORE, the parties request that the aforesaid modifica-
tionsbe approved and request an Order be entered by this
Court approving the first and second modification agreements and
incorporating the same into the Judgment of Final Dissolution
