ORDER
This cause came on for consideration of the Modification
Agreement executed by parties on October 7, 1976, and
a Second Modification Agreement executed by the parties on June
7, 1979, with the parties stipulating that said Modifications
be approved and an Order entered by this Court causing the
Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage entered February 28,
1975, be modified accordingly. The Court having considered the
aforesaid Modifications, the record in this cause, the
Stipulation by the parties, and being otherwise fully advised in
the premises, it is '
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That the Modification Agreement, dated October 7,
1976, pertaining to the property settlement agreement between
the parties, dated February 28, 1975, is hereby approved and the
said Final Judgment of Dissolution entered March 27, 1975, is
herewith modified by the incorporation of the terms of said
Modification Agreement.
2. That the Second Dodification Agreement, dated June 7,
1979, pertaining to the property settlement agreement between
the parties, dated February 28, 1975, is hereby approved and the
said Final Judgment of Dissolution entered March 27, 1975, is
herewith modified by the incorporation of the terms of said
Second Modification Agreement.
