MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
THIS MODIFICATION AGREEMENT made and entered into this

and MARTHA C. HOOKS;
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, the parties hereto entered into a certain
Property Settlement Agreement dated February 28, 1975, which
Agreement was subsequently made a part of that certain Final
Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage dated March 27, 1975,
recorded in Official Records Book 384, Page 1707, Martin County,
Florida Public Records; and
WHEREAS, MARTHA C. HOOKS was married to CHARLES D. HOOKS
on the 5th day of October, 1976; and
WHEREAS, the parties wish to make certain modifications
to the Agreement of February 28, 1975 in order to resolve certain

differences;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises,
. agreements and covenants hereinafter set forth and the sum of
ONS DOLLAR ($1.00) and other valuable considerations paid by
each party to the other, the receipt of which is hereby ackno~r-
ledged, the parties .hereto do covenant and agree as follows:
1. Paragraph 5 CHILD SUPPORT: is hereby modified to
provide for the payment of FOUR HUNDRED ($400.00) DOLLARS per
n month as total child support commencing on the 1st day of
November, 1976 and each month thereafter. All other terms,
conditions and matters reflected in Paragraph 5 of the said
Exhibit A
