Agreement of February 28, 1975 are, and shall remain in full
force and effect as stated therein.
2. Paragraph 6 ALIMONY: is hereby deleted and is of
no force and effect and any and all references to alimony payments
are hereby deleted from the Agreement of February 28, 1975.
3. Paragraph T DIVISION OF PROPERTY i3ETWEEN HUSBAND
AND WIFE; is hereby eliminated in its entirety. The parties
recognize that all items of personal property have been heretofore
divided and simultaneously with the execution of this Agreement,
LARRY 8. BUCHANAN shall pay the sum of TEN TFIOUSAND ($10,000.00)

DOLLARS to MARTHA C. HOOKS for all right, title and interest
which she has in the real property recited in the Agreement of
February 28, 1975 and in exchange for the payment of said funds,

MARTHA C. HOOKS shall, simultaneously with the execution of this

conveying her interest in the said real property to LARRY E.
BUCHANAN.
4. Paragraph 12 of said Agreement is hereby eliminated
in its entirety.
Except as modified by this Agreement, all other terms
and conditions contained in the Agreement of February 28, 1975 -
are, and shall remain, in full force and effect end the parties
hereby ratify the same.
This Modification Agreement shall be filed in the Circuit
Court File under Civil Action No. 75-218 in and for St. Lucie
County, Florida.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have hereunto set
their hands and seals as of the day and year first above written.
