• SECOND MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
THIS SECOND MODIFICATION AGREEMENT, made and entered into
this ~ day of CR- , 1979, by and between LARRY E.
BUCHANAN (Father), and MARTHA C. HOOKS (Mother);
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, the parties hereto entered into a certain
Property Settlement Agreement dated February 28, 1975, which
Agreement was subsequently made a part of that certain Final
Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage dated March 27, 1975, recorded
in Official Records Book 384, Page 1707, St. Lucie County, Florida
Public Records; and
WHEREAS, the Agreement of February 28, 1975 was modified
by a certain Modification Agreement dated October 7, 1976; and .

WHEREAS, the parties stipulate and agree that a further
modification.of the Agreement of February 28, 1975 and the ;
Modification Agreement of October 7, 1976 pertaining to the issue
of child suvt~ort is proper and is in the best interest of the minor
children of the parties;.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises,
agreements and covenants hereinafter set forth and the sum of One
~ Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable considerations paid by each party
to the other, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the
parties hereto do covenant and agree as follows:
1. Paragraph 5, CHILD SUPPORT, of the Agreement of
~ February 28, 19?5, is hereby modified to provide for the payment of
Three Hundred ($300.00) Dollars per month for each child as total
child support commencing on the 1st day of December 1978 and each
month thereafter. All other terms conditions and matters
reflected in Paragraph 5 of the said Agreement of February 28, 1975
are, and shad remain, in full force and. effect as stated therein.
~ 2. In order to help the Father provide for the future
college or vocational education of the children and to resolve
existing differences between the parties as to future increases in
