seek no future increases above the sum of Three Hundred (53.00.00)
Dollars per month per child whatsoever, regardless of increased
inflation, increased needs of the children or changes in the
financial circumstances of the Father or Mother until the Father is
relieved of further obligations to pay child support as provided by
the terms of Paragraph 5 of the Agreement of February 28,-1975.
3. Both parties have had the benefit of legal counsel
prior to execution of this Modification Agreement and have given
full consideration and thought to the agreements contained herein
and do hereby agree to abide by the terms of this Modification
Agreement.
4. All other terms, conditions, and matters reflected in
the Agreement between the parties of February 28, 1975, except
those expressly modified in this Agreement, shall remai:~ in full
force and effect as stated therein.
5. This SECOND MODIFICATION AGREEMENT shall be filed in
the Circuit Court File under Civil Action No. 75-218, St. Lucie

County, Florida.
