O R D E R
This cause came on to be heard on Petitioner/Husband,
PAUL V. CAMPBELL'S motion to remove the case from the calendar
and dismiss for lack of prosecution, and the court having heard
arguments of counsel and being otherwise fully advised i*? the
premises, finds as follows:
1. That this action was filed on June 9, 1976, and that

issued a notice that this case would be dismissed for lack of
prosecution on the 11th day of September 1979, unless good

cause could be shown prior to that date.
~ 2. The last activity recorded in this action prior to
the issuance of the notice of the Clerk of the Circuit Court was
filed on May 16, 1978, and was entitled Second Interrogatories
to the Wife.
3. On or about September 1Q, 1979, RAYMOND E. FQRD,
Attorney for the Wife, filed a Motion to Set this Cause for Non-
Jury Trial.

4. On September 13, 19.79, this Court entered an Order
setting for trial the above-referenced matter.
5. On September 19, 1979, GREGORY B. DICKENSON, Attorney
for the Husband, filed his motion to remove the case from the trial f
calendar and to dismiss for lack of prosecution.
