Wife personally, in the presence of her attorney, stipulated and
consented to undergo a psychiatric evaluation. Said evaluation is
to be at the Husband's expense. A time convenient to all parties
shall be selected for the Wife to be examined by_ the Husband's
independent psychiatrist,
