Counsel for the Husband having filed a motion for re-hearing
heard by this Court on September 10, 1979, and the Court, after
hearing arguments by counsel for both Husband and Wife, having
determined that portions of the Final Judgment entered in this
cause on July 24, 1979, should be amended, therefore, ordered
that paragraph 6 of the Final Judgment be amended as appears
in the Amended Final Judgment entered by this Court on September r
13, 1979.
