4. It is further understood and agreed by the parties
hereto that no part of the above-described mortgage and promissory
note secured thereby, except as hereinabove set forth, is in any
way altered, amended or changed, and the parties hereto do hereby
ratify and confirm the said promissory note and :mortgage as modi-
fied by this Agreement.
S. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the
benefit of the parties hereto and their grantees, successors,
administrators and assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have hereunto affixed
their hands and seals on the day and year first above written.
