HomeMy WebLinkAbout2328 National Bank Debt and/or National Bank Mortgage, Pardieck hereby
directs said Escrow Agent, at the written request of National
Bank, to record each Release immediately without payment of the
sums set forth in the preceding paragraph, and Pardieck agrees
that he shall have no claim against either National Bank or the
property so released.
9. The parties agree that the Pardieck Mortgage and Note
secured thereby shall at all times be subordinate to .the provisions
of the National Bank Note, Mortgage, Construction Loan Agreement,
Guaranty or any other documents executed in connection with the
National Bank Loan, including any extensions or modifications
thereof .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto affixed their
hands and seals the day.and year first above written, intending
to be legally bound thereby.
