TNIS CAUSE came on for hearing October 18, 1979, on
Defendants', EDWARD H. PIEPEREIT, TRUDY ELSIGAN, and AMERICAN
MOTORISTS INSURANCE COMPANY, Motion to Dismiss, Objection to
Interrogatory. and Request for Production, anc? :~!otion to Con~oel
Discovery; Defendant's, TRUDY ELSIGAN, Objection to Request to
Produce; and Plaintiffs' ore tenus Motion to Compel Discovery;
and the Court having heard arguments of counsel and being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:

1. Defendants' Motion to Dismiss is denied.
2. Defendants' Objection to Interrogatory and Request
for Production is moot.
• 3. Defendants' Motion to Compel Discovery is granted
in part and denied in Dart. Plaintiff, AR"'•J1ND0 GUTIERREZ, shall
have 15 days from the date of this Order within which to answer
questions 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 19 (c) of Interrogatories
propounded on him by Defendants on June 6, 1979. Said !`lotion

ed on Plaintiff, ARMANDO GUTII:.RREZ. Plaintiff, LILLIAN GUT-
