AFFIDAVIT OF CONTINUOUS MARRIAGE
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST, LUCIE
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority personally appeared,
MILDRED CIMATO who first being duly sworn on oath deposes
and says as follows:
1. That your Affiant's name is MILDRED CIMATO ,
and she has personal knowledge oT all the facts stated i;irieiri.
2, That your Affiant is the sister of MADELINE M. SICILIANO
and was the sister-in-law of ANGELO SICILIANO and that your Affiant
has personal knowledge that ANGELO and MADELINE SICILIANO were married
on the 13th day of October, 1926 in the City of Brooklyn, Kings County,
State of New York and that they were husband and wife when they pur-
chased the above-described property in that certain Warranty Deed
recorded at Official Records, Deed Book 147, Page 431 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and that they were continuously
married until the 6th day of October, 1967, which is the date of death
of ANGELO SICILIANO.
3. That the purpose of this Affidavit is to establish for
the record that ANGELO SICILIANO and MADELINE M. SICILIANO were
continuously married until the death of ANGELO SICILIANO.
