MADELINE M. SICILIANO who first being duly sworn on
oath deposes and says as follows:
• 1. That your Affiant's name is MADELINE M, SICILIANO
and (she has personal knowledge of
all the facts stated herein.
2. That your Affiant was married to ANGELO SICILIANO
~ when they purchased the above-described property
in that certain Warranty Deed recorded at Official Records DEED
Book 147 Page 431 of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, and that they were continuously
married until the 6th day of October . 19 67
which is the date of the death of ANGELO SICILIANO
3. That the purpose of this Affidavit is to establish for
the record that ANGELO SICILIANO and MADELINE M.
