the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by John R, Rea, a marri ed
adult
dared October 12 1979 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. LUCIe County, Florida, in O.R. Book 318 on page

covering property in the County of St. Lucie Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Cterk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
