All citrus crops now and hereafter growing on the hereinafter
described real property; and
All pumps, pumping stations, motors, switch boxes and trans-
formers, engines, machinery, tanks, reservoirs., pipes, flumes or
other equipment used for the production or distribution of water
for the irrigations or drainage now or hereafter on or affixed to
the following described real property:
PARCEL 1: The West half of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast
quarter of Section 8, Township 36 South, Range 39 East.
LESS AND EXCEPT the North 25 feet thereof for the right-of-way
for Williams Road and the West 41.5 feet thereof for the right-
of-way for Canal No: 89 of the North St. Lucie River Water
Management District, formerly the North St. Lucie River Drainage
District.
SUBJECT 'I'O a utility easement in favor of Florida Power & Light
Company over the North 10 feet thereof.
PARCEL 2: The Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of the
ivortl~east quarter of Section 17, Township 36 South, Range 39 Fast.
LESS AND EXCEPT the West 46 feet thereof for the right-of-way
for Canal No. 89 of the North St. Lucie River Water Managf~ment
District, formerly the North St. Lucie River Drainage District.
The record owner of said real estate is the debtor,
