V I, FREDERICK M. STERI7ER, of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
County, Florida, being of sound and disposing mind and memory,
do make this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and
annulling any and all others by me heretofore made.
ITEM ONE
I desire and direct that my body be buried in a
Christian like manner suitable to my circumstances in life.
ITEM TWO
I desire and direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid without unnecessary delay by my executrix
hereinafter named.
ITEM THREE
I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate, whether
the same be real, personal or mixed property, and wheresoever
the same may be situate,~to MARGARET CATHERINE HARPER.
ITEM FOUR

estate, as aforesaid, to DOROTHY RYAN of 865 Cloverleaf Lane, _
Apartment 22, ?Jewport News, Virginia 23601.
ITEM FIVE
I hereby constitute and appoint MARGARET CATHERINE
HARPER the sole executrix of this my Last t7i11 and Testament,
and I expressly confer upon her power as such executrix to
administer my estate without bond and excusing her from racking
any returns to any Court. I further expressly confer upon her
full power and authority to sell and convey any part or all of
~ my estate, at public or private sale, with or without notice,
as she may deem best, and without any order of any Court.
