decedent owned real property in St. Lucie County, Florida.
5. The assets in this estate and their estimated values

247, PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 6, a Sub-
. division according to the Plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 36A,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida (only asset in Florida,
valued at $4,000.00.)
6. The value of the entire estate subject to administration
in this State, less the value of property exempt from the claims
of creditors, does not exceed $10,000.00.
7. The estate is not indebted in this State. It is
anticipated that-this estate will be closed before property
taxes on the aforesaid property become due.
8. It is proposed that all assets of the decedent, including
