M. K. FEARING, JR., MOLLIF. A. F[:ARING, WOODSON B. FEARING, II, and
D. BRADFORD FEARING, share and shard alike, in fee simple forever. Provided.
however, that if any of my children above named be not living at the time
of my death, I give, devise and bequeath the shard of such child or children
who shall predecease me to the child or children living at the time of my
death, share and share alike, in fee simple forever.
THIRTEENTH: I hereby constitute and aplx?int, M. K. FEARING, JR.,
MOLLIE A. FEARING and WOODSON B. FEARING, II, Executors of this my Last
Will and Testament. To serve without bond. In the event any one of my said
Executors be not living at the time of my death or refuse to act, or for any
reason be unable to act, or die or resign before my Estate is fully
administered, then and in any one of said events the remaining Executors or
Executor shall serve with all of the duties, power and authority herein given
to the original Executors.
FOURTEEN'T`H: I hereby revoke and declare utterly null and void all other
wills and testaments by me heretofore madam.
